A for Animal Antics

Good morning everyone, and thank you to all those who took part in our last challenge - we saw lots of lovely work from you all!


Well, we have gone through the whole alphabet yet again and today we start back at the beginning!  So our new challenge for you for the next two weeks is

A for Animal Antics

Don't forget you can make anything for our challenges, not just cards so we are looking forward to seeing lots of animals of all kinds on your work!

Z for Zoo Animals

Good morning everyone and thank you so much for all the fabulous entries we had for our last challenge!


Before we go on to the new challenge, I would like to give a warm welcome to our 4 new team members, Tammy, Mari, Caz and Roxx - we are all looking forward to working with them and hope they enjoy their time with us!


We have gone through another alphabet and have reached Z for this challenge, I have lost count of how many times we have gone through the alphabet now, I think it's 4!  And so for the next fortnight our challenge for you is:-

Z for Zoo Animals

We want to see any animals that can be found in a zoo on your work please, and again don't forget you can make anything for our challenges, not just cards!  Domestic cats and dogs and teddy bears don't count!!

Good morning everyone, and thank you to those who took part in the Xtra Special Occasion challenge.   We saw lots of lovely work from you all!

Our DT call is now CLOSED.  Thank you so much to everyone who applied - we have been overwhelmed with applicants!  Sadly we won't be able to pick you all but the successful applicants will hear from me over the weekend.

Design Team Call - NOW CLOSED

We are currently looking for some new design team members to join our team.  We are a fairly basic fortnightly challenge blog, with no prizes or awards, just the fun of joining in with a challenge!  If you feel you are able to commit to being on the team for a minimum of several months (however you are welcome to stay on as long as you wish!), submitting a piece of work every 2 weeks and visiting blogs and leaving comments on entries to the challenges,  then please leave a comment below with a link to your blog.

This DT call will remain open for 2 weeks until Friday 13th January 2012 and the successful applicants will be notified a few days after that.

Please only apply if you are definitely going to be available to join the team if you are picked.

W for White Christmas

Good morning everyone, and thank you to those who took part in last week's Very Vibrant challenge, we saw great work from you.


Firstly we have some  sad news - we are saying goodbye to 2 of our DT members, Becky and Sonia.  Both have been highly valued members of the team and have produced beautiful work for us and will be greatly missed.  On behalf of the team I would like to wish them both the very best in their future crafting ventures.  After Christmas we will be having a DT call for some new members, so keep an eye out for that!


This challenge will be running for 3 weeks to cover the Christmas period, so the next challenge will be on Friday 30th December.   Therefore the DT and I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and to thank you for taking part in our challenges.  We look forward to seeing you all in 2012!

You can interpret this however you wish, either as using mainly white on your Christmas work or a white Christmas scene!  Don't forget it's not just cards for this challenge, anything goes!
