J is for Jewels

It was great to see so many joining in with last week's challenge! Our challenge this week is J for Jewels - we would like to see some jewels somewhere on your work.

As Christmas and New Year's Day fall on Fridays, we will be taking a break and the next challenge will be set on 8th January 2010 so we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope to see you next year!

Linda has made this beautiful Valentines card, decorated with lovely jewels!

Fifi has made another of her tags using one of Linda's fab swirl stamps, and decorated it with one or two (dozen lol!) jewels!

And finally I have made another of my inky atcs for my A -Z book using a Crafty Individuals Journey stamp and embellished with a few jewels at the bottom.

I is for Ink

Thank you to those who joined in with last week's House challenge. This week, we are doing I is for Ink. We would like to see some inking somewhere on your work, be it a card, atc, tag, scrapbook page - anything you like!

Linda has made a beautiful acetate card, the back of which has been alcohol inked, with 2 lovely acetate butterflies.

Fifi has made another of her fab tags and again used some of Linda's swirly stamps.

And I have made another atc for my A - Z book, using Distress Inks on the background and Adirondack ink for the ivy stamp.

H is for ................... House

Afternoon everyone, this week we have arrived at H, which is for House! I know a lot of you are into making some scrummy little houses, so now is your chance to show us all, I am in the middle of making one, which I will add when completed! Meanwhile here is a Christmas card that I made using a painting that I did of our house.

Have now finished my little house, so here it is!

Fifi has made another lovely tag this week featuring several houses, using a rather nice house stamp.

And Lesley's wonderful ATCs continue with this lovely seasonal cottage.
